1st P.A. Inamdar International Moot Court Competition, 2016

Chanakya National Law University, Patna in association with M.C.E. Society's A.K.K. New Law Academy, Pune is going to organize the 1st P.A. Inamdar International Moot Court Competition, 2016.

Date: 1st - 3rd April, 2016
Venue: Chanakya National Law University, Nyaynagar, Mithapur, Patna

Eligibility:

• The competition is open for bonafide undergraduate law student of 3 year scheme or 5 year scheme from an institution duly recognized by the Bar Council of India during the academic year 2015 - 2016
• Each college shall send only one team of such eligible participants.

Team Composition:

• Each team shall consist of three members out of which two members must be designated as Counsel and one as Researcher. This number cannot be modified in any case.
• Teams shall specify such counsels with their orders and Researchers at the time of registration and this cannot be changed later during the time of competition.
• In no case the team shall consist of more or less than three participants, that is, two Mooters and one Researcher. The travelling expenses of the participants shall be met by their respective institution.
